Sumic Online, our flagship B2B2C e-commerce platform, has received a significant upgrade. The new version delivers faster load times, an improved vendor dashboard, and a fully mobile-first design — all aimed at helping African businesses sell more effectively online.
The upgrade comes in response to feedback from over 150 businesses currently using the platform. Vendors asked for simpler product management, better analytics, and a smoother checkout experience for their customers. This release addresses all three.
Key improvements include: a redesigned vendor dashboard with real-time sales analytics, support for bulk product uploads via CSV, a faster and more intuitive checkout flow, improved search and filtering for buyers, and enhanced mobile responsiveness across all pages.
